GBP Worker

GBP Worker is a private tool for an authorized operator of Southgate Urgent Care, Adrian Urgent Care, and Prospect Ashtabula Urgent Care. It prepares patient-facing Google Business Profile updates and suitable replies to public reviews.

Google access is limited by the operator’s account permissions and the tool’s saved clinic destinations. The software screens eligible review wording on the operator’s server before sending permitted, redacted wording to a separate drafting process. It can publish through the Google Business Profile API only after the operator enables the configured workflow.

This is an internal management tool. It does not provide patient care, medical advice, patient records, or a public sign-up service. Privacy screening can miss details and does not establish de-identification or guaranteed healthcare compliance.
